Try Serving It With Home-Made Coleslaw:


Home-made Coleslaw Ingredients:
1 head of green cabbage 
1/2 cup mayonnaise 
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
    
Home-made Coleslaw Directions:

Slice cabbage into 1/4” wide peices or shred in
a food processor. 

Mix all ingredients together in large salad bowl,
cover and chill or serve immedately.



Seasoned Pulled Pork Roast

(And Home-Made Coleslaw)
        
Pulled Pork Roast Ingredients:
1 package pork shoulder or pork roast (approx 4lbs)
8 cups of water
1 cup apple cider vinegar
4 Tbsp Salt
4 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 Tbsp Sage
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Pulled Pork Directions:

Place pork into a large bag, pour in water, vinegar and salt. Place bag in refrigrator for 12 hours before cooking.

Preheat oven or grill to 250 degrees

Remove pork from brine and pat dry. Use a sharp knife to make 4 slits at random spots in the cut of meat and insert a single clove of garlic into each slit.

In a bowl mix together sage, garlic powder, sugar, black pepper, cayenne pepper and lemon juice. Apply the rub mixture generously over the surface of the 
meat. 

Put seasoned pork into a deep pan or dutch oven, cover and place in oven or grill for 4 to 6 hours. 

Once the pork is cooked remove the cover and use forks to pull appart the meat and serve.
